About Parkside

Background

Noble Healthcare is thrilled to welcome Parkside to our family.  Parkside has been locally owned and operated since 1973. The owners of Noble Healthcare were introduced to the owners of Parkside  through a mutual acquaintance.  With both companies being small family-based businesses, it seemed very natural for the prior owners to "pass the baton" to Noble Healthcare in August of 2020.

Since its founding, Parkside's top priority has always been to provide the best possible care at the most reasonable price. Thanks to the small size of the organization, Parkside is able to cut out the unnecessary costs and overhead that is common in this industry and deliver more personalized care.   Noble Healthcare shares these same values.  We are excited about the opportunity to build on Parkside's history and expand the services and programs we are able to offer our residents.

Why Live Here?

Parkside is set back from the main roads, offering quiet grounds while still being within walking distance of shopping, a park, medical offices, and transportation services. We serve three good meals per day; offer myriad of activities, and work around the clock to cater to your needs.

One of our greatest assets is that we boast a knowledgeable and caring staff. Much of our staff has been with us for well over a decade—some of which have been here over 20 years. We know firsthand that a happy staff translates to happy residents, both which we take great pride in. Come see what we’re all about and take a tour and enjoy a meal at our community today!

Services

In addition to our standard care services that we have provided for decades, Parkside is now officially a contracted provider for the the CSS (Community Stability Support) and ECS (Expanded Community Services) programs.  We are excited to offer these programs to individuals who may need additional support to maintain their physical, mental and social well-being.

Some of the unique services that we now offer at Parkside include:

  • Regular visits from our Physician/Medical Director (typically once a week)

  • Regular visits from our Psychiatrist (typically 2-3 visits a month with phone consults available 24/7)

  • Licensed Nursing and Caregiver services available at a significantly higher staff to resident ratio that what is found in a typical Assisted Living

  • We work closely with our dedicated Social Services Specialist from Home and Community Services/Department of Health and Human Services who attends our interdisciplinary team meetings and works directly with our residents.
